In the SE1900 machine, you can do both sewing and embroidery, but this feature is not available in PE800. You can do embroidery only in PE800. If you want a suitable machine to do both tasks, then it is better to go with SE 1900. But if you need a machine for embroidery, you can consider PE800.

  1. Sewing Stitches

The sewing feature is available in SE1900, which makes it win over the PE800. It comes with 240 in-built stitching designs that you can pick and use. But this feature is not in PE800. Stitches are pretty crucial while sewing.

  1. Customized Stitching

You can get the option of customized stitching in SE1900 instead of PE800. You can either use the given designs or customize your own. You can change the color or pattern design and save it to the machine. Only SE1900 supports this feature.

  1. Thread Sensors

A thread sensor is available in SE1900 that helps in detecting the issue of thread breakage. It happens during the threading process. Without this sensor, you must take care of thread breakage and do the embroidery again. With the help of a sensor, the machine stops working and shows a signal of thread breakage.

  1. Buttonholes

SE1900 supports ten buttonholes, and PE800 supports none. This feature helps in creating different types of buttonholes on any fabric. You can choose any pattern of the hole for buttons.

  1. Presser Feet

The machine SE1900, in which you can do sewing and embroidery, includes eight presser feet. But there is no such feature in PE800.

  1. Sewing Speed

When it comes to calculating the sewing speed, it is measured by the total stitched sewn in every minute. There is no sewing feature in PE800; hence, there is no sewing speed. But in the SE1900 machine, you can get the sewing speed of 850 stitches every minute.

  1. Feed Dog

In the SE1900 machine, you will get seven feed dogs, none in PE800. It is a movable that helps in pulling the fabric while stitching.

  1. Drop-in Bobbin

In PE800, the machine automatically moves the thread towards the bin. A quick-release option for bobbin is available in the machine that wounds on the top.

But whenever you start the saved pattern for embroidery, the thread tension will automatically change what you set before.

  1. Price

The price of SE1900 is comparatively more than PE800. But you can do both sewing and embroidery. It supports many features that are not available in PE800. In an expensive option, you will get many features. But if you want a machine that does only embroidery, then it is better to go with PE800.

  1. LED Lights

There is proper illumination around the needle for a perfect stitch. LED lights are installed there to provide enough light while stitching the fabric. By using this feature, there is less scope for making mistakes.
